Clients
contact and billing details, to deliver and invoice the work (contract).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work: up to 12 months. Client records: as long as needed for the contract and for legal and tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Who we share it with
Only service providers we need to run the business, such as our email and hosting providers. We never sell your data.
