Our approach

  • We only ask genuine customers for reviews, after real work.
  • We never write, buy or commission reviews, and never offer anything in return for a review without saying so clearly.
  • We do not hide or filter negative reviews, and we reply to every review.
  • We show our real Google rating, pulled directly from Google, and never a rating we have made up.

The law

Since 6 April 2025, the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 bans fake reviews, concealed incentivised reviews and misleading review information in the UK. Businesses that publish reviews must take reasonable steps to prevent them. The CMA’s guidance is on GOV.UK (CMA208).

If you think a review about us is fake or misleading, email hello@rankcrest.co.uk and we will look into it within 5 working days.
